The generator has no account system, database, or backend endpoint for your signature data. The details and images you use are processed on your device.
What stays local
- Your name and job title
- Email addresses and phone numbers
- Organisation and institution details
- Profile photos and logos
- Generated signature HTML and QR codes
What we do not do
- We do not upload your signature details.
- We do not create a profile or account.
- We do not store your signature in a database.
- We do not send your images to an image-processing service.
- We do not require a paid API.
Image compatibility
Images selected in the builder are resized and encoded locally for preview and export. Embedded data images can be removed by some email clients or make messages larger. For dependable organisation-wide use, host approved images at a stable public HTTPS URL and replace the embedded image source in the downloaded HTML.
Clipboard and downloads
Copy actions use your browser’s clipboard features only after you press a copy button. Download HTML creates a file in your browser. Livinnza does not receive the clipboard content or downloaded file.

The site links to email client guides and related Livinnza tools. Following a link opens another page, which may have its own privacy practices. No signature field is added to those links.
